Guilty Conscience - Short movie

Guilty Conscience - Short movie

(A philosophical vision to one's own
inner conflicts)

It's April 2020 (420 :P), and the whole world is stuck at home in the quarantine because of the thing you all know, so I thought about remaking an old movie of mine, since it doesn't need much preparation or props, just me and a mirror, and of course a tripod and a laptop for the editing..
You can watch the final version in UHD 4k quality in my Youtube channel video below:
I thought about remaking "Guilty conscience" because the quality of the first one was not great, it was dark with a lot of noise in the dark areas, and also the sound was not good enough..
Main filming angle
synopsis of the movie:
The protagonist starts getting ready to leave the house, standing in front of his bedroom's mirror, a magical thing happened, another version of himself manifested itself in the mirror and started talking to him, he was a little shocked at first but he did carry the conversation on, what is that other version of him? what does it want? how is it gonna end? will there be any plot twists? no spoilers, you will just have to watch the short movie to understand :)

I thought that it would be easier to remake an old film, since I know the story and the script by heart, I wrote them after all lol. but it really was not, I made so many mistakes. I had  to film many takes to get one that would be good enough to make a short movie out of it, and the final film was still not as good as I imagined it in my mind..
Second Filming Angle
If you have watched the movie, either this one or the original one I would like you to answer these questions please:
who wants to eliminate the other?
Did the main character got rid of his conscience? or the conscience did? or from what side is the conscience and what side is the protagonist? who wants to get rid of the other? and why??
There's nothing serious to be taken from this short movie, it is just a phylosophic vision of your own self. And if you observe a little bit, you will find that there is some truth in what have been said in this short movie.. And that you can relate to somehow..
If you are into filmmaking, I suggest that you start watching my video series about low budget filmmaking, so far I made 3 episodes, one about how to come with an idea for your movie, one for how to write a script and the last one is about how to write great film dialogue.. and more tutorials are coming on the way, about location scouting, actors and acting, camera, sound, lighting... so make sure to check the filmmaking tutorial section in this website and stay tuned.
Thank you for watching my humble short film!
